Be inspired! In the store, you can see our top bikes in person in a wide range of variants. You’ll also find the right clothing and equipment.
Our on-site test fleet lets you try out different models and check the sizes – so that, with the help of our team, you can find the bike that’s just right for you.
We’ll assemble the bike you’ve ordered perfectly for you, at no extra cost and with no hassle, and fine-tune it to suit you exactly when you come to collect it. In a relaxed atmosphere, our staff will take the time to give you a personalised briefing so you can get going straight away. And, of course, you can pick up any other items you need for your ride right here in our shop (at the same rock-bottom prices as in our online shop, by the way).
Workshop
If your bike needs a bit of a fix, we're here to help. Our workshop specialists will ensure your bike is back on the road in no time – reliably and professionally.
You can pop in at any time for a consultation and test ride – no appointment is necessary. However, booking an appointment guarantees you a personalised one-hour consultation with test rides at the agreed time. If you visit without an appointment, you may experience shorter waiting times depending on the day of the week (particularly on Saturdays).
We’ll set aside an hour just for you. You’re then welcome to test ride one or more bikes at your leisure. You’ll need to bring your ID card for the test ride. For safety reasons, we recommend that you bring a helmet. If you’d like to test a bike for longer than an hour – for example, on a ride – you’re welcome to do so over the weekend; simply discuss this with your advisor when you arrive.
This isn’t compulsory, but we do recommend booking a workshop appointment in advance online or by telephone, particularly in spring and summer. Please note: The booked appointment is for the collection and ‘initial assessment’ of the bike requiring repair. You’ll collect the repaired bike at a later agreed time. Only in rare cases can we carry out minor repairs for you during the appointment itself.
