For all gravel riders looking for an effective wheel upgrade: The 303 XPLR S gravel rear wheel incorporates many of Zipp’s innovations from its premium range, but is more affordable and just as robust, making it ideal for discerning gravel riders. 

In doing so, the engineers from Indianapolis clearly focused on achieving maximum gravel speed. Thanks to the very wide carbon rim with an inner rim width of 32 mm, which combines perfectly with the recommended tyres, both aerodynamic drag and vibrations caused by uneven surfaces can be minimised. The wide rim profile increases the tyre volume, thereby allowing for lower tyre pressures without compromising stability. The result: less vibration, whilst delivering maximum grip on bends and traction on steep climbs. The rim profile also creates a seamless transition to the tyre, thereby ensuring efficient aerodynamics on gravel. And despite its wide and deep-section rim, the 303 XPLR S wheelset remains lightweight, so you can tackle any climb with ease.

The tyre is rounded off by the 176D hub, which, thanks to 36 engagement points, enables a responsive acceleration and thus reinforces the performance credentials of this rear wheel.
