ERGON ST Core Evo Men Touring Saddle

The Ergon ST Core Evo Men is a comfortable touring saddle for upright to slightly inclined riding positions. It impresses with outstanding damping properties thanks to Ergon's Core technology.
The Ergon Core double shell design provides maximum relief for the bottom and back. The weight rests on the lower, very stiff shell, while the padding made of orthopaedic comfort foam rests on the upper, flexible shell. Between the shells is the "floating" saddle core made of closed-cell particle foam. This sandwich construction supports the pelvic movements when pedalling, absorbs road shocks and thus protects the back.
As a further development of the popular ST Core Prime, the Ergon ST Core Evo Men also scores with optimisations, particularly in the area of the relief channel, to offer you even more comfort, especially on extended tours and bike trips.

Technologies:
• Ergon Core: Ergonomic saddle core made of BASF Infinergy (closed-cell particle foam) supports pelvic movements when pedalling, absorbs shocks or vibrations and protects the back.
• Ergon Twinshell: The double shell technology for maximum comfort. The weight rests on the lower, very stiff shell, while the padding rests on the upper, flexible shell. In between is the floating ergonomic core made of E-TPU material.
• Sandwich damper: The sandwich construction with elastic core allows the saddle to follow the natural pedalling movements in all three spatial dimensions. Unevenness of the ground as well as vibrations are efficiently filtered out.
• Orthopaedic comfort foam: The seat padding is made of a comfort foam that is pleasantly soft but still defined. The pressure is distributed much better – even without padded cycling shorts.
