Cycling is supposed to be fun. The basis is a comfortable cycling posture and good motion sequence. The ERGON Fitting Box bike adjustment aid supports you in this. To ensure that your cycling fun is not spoilt, the contact points of the saddle, handlebars and pedals must be individually adjusted to your body and riding style in terms of distance, height and angle. To define these precisely, distances, angles and heights must be taken into account, which you can determine using the measuring tools provided.
The package developed by bike ergonomics expert Dr Kim Tofaute guides you through the fitting of your bike in seven easy-to-understand steps.
