Changing an order
We do our best to package and send off your order as soon as possible. As soon as you have paid for your item and it has been sent, changes are no longer possible. If you are paying via bank transfer and your order has not yet been sent, we can still make changes.
Is it possible to add/remove items from my order?
Once your order has been paid, changes are no longer possible.
Can I change my bicycle order?
If you wish to change your bicycle order, please contact our Bike Consultants via email, we will do our best to accommodate your change request.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
As soon as your package is transferred to the shipping partner, you will receive a shipping notification email. After this point, the delivery address can no longer be changed. If your parcel cannot be delivered, it will be sent back to us and processed as a return.
Changing item quantities
You can adjust the quantity of an item in the shopping cart. Here you can manually change how many of an item you wish to order before completing the order. Just select the field labelled “quantity” and type in the amount you wish to order.
