Title: Unresolved Order Issues

I placed an order with Rose Bikes on the 16th, and unfortunately, the experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite multiple attempts, I haven't received confirmation, and my payment and shipping details remain unconfirmed. Regrettably, my emails and follow-ups have gone unanswered. The lack of communication and resolution is disappointing, and I hope Rose Bikes addresses these issues promptly.
