Thanks to a fundamental revision of the shifting mechanism, the 105 ST-R7000 STI brake/shift lever combination by Shimano allows for even faster and smoother shifting and offers a significantly shorter lever throw. Compared to the predecessor model ST-5800, the lever throw is reduced by 24% when shifting up and by 8.6% when shifting down. A huge lever reach adjustment range helps you find the perfect grip position depending on the size of your hand and thus ensures an ergonomic and intuitive handling of the shifting system.
