ROECKL VILSECK Winter Cycling Gloves

From the EXTRA WARM segment of ROECKL SPORTS come the ergonomically cut VILSECK winter cycling gloves for the roads and trails. The inner lining made from highly functional LAVALAN new wool provides the EXTRA WARM factor. The wool is very breathable, dries quickly and keeps you warm even when damp. The back of the hand is made from the windproof, water-resistant and highly breathable ROECK-PROOF EVO Denali softshell material.
The palm made of elasticated, micro-perforated MICRO-AIR fabric offers you a non-slip, tactile grip on the handlebars and ensures a pleasant feel in the glove thanks to optimum air circulation. 
The VILSECK also leaves nothing to be desired in terms of comfort: The ERGONOMIC CUT palm design meets soft foam padding on the palm and the clever COMFORT INNOVATION padding in the crook of the thumb.

Highlights & Technologies:

ROECK-PROOF EVO: 
The windproof and water-repellent softshell material gets its high elasticity through its elastane content. The material is also highly breathable.

MICRO-AIR:
Pleasantly light, grippy and thin material. MICRO-AIR has micro perforations for high breathability.

LAVALAN: 
The functional padding consists of European new wool. Fibres (polyactide, PLA) made from renewable raw materials are used to reinforce the wool. The proportion of PLA used varies depending on the area of application of the padding.

MULESING:
Mulesing is a widespread surgical procedure in Australia, practised in sheep farming for the production of wool. In this procedure, the sensitive skin on the hindquarters of lambs, which has many wrinkles due to breeding, is cut off with a sharp knife and usually without anaesthesia.
The wool used in this product comes from sheep that have not undergone mulesing.

COMFORT INNOVATION:
For extra comfort, Roeckl has equipped the sensitive crook of the thumb, which is particularly stressed when cycling, with a seamless COMFORT-INNOVATION padding.

ERGONOMIC CUT:
The sensitive nerves running through the carpus are subject to strong, punctual pressure in most hand positions when cycling. The ERGONOMIC CUT developed by ROECKL provides targeted relief for the sensitive hand nerves and thus effectively prevents pressure. The anatomic palm padding provides much more comfort on the handlebar.

TOUCHSCREEN COMPATIBLE:
Index and thumb of both gloves are made from a special leather or textile fabric, allowing you to operate smartphones, tablets and other touchscreen devices.

The reflective design elements attached to the clothing as decoration do not represent a personal protective equipment as mentioned in EU regulation 2016/425. Thus, they are also not covered by the provisions of the regulation.
