AERON TPU tubes are an ideal upgrade for performance-oriented CX and gravel riders who want a more lightweight, space-saving and fast-rolling alternative to classic butyl or latex tubes on their bikes with disc brakes.

In the SuperLite Race version, this tube offers minimum weight and rolling resistance – ideal for enthusiasts for lightweight constructions and hunters of marginal gains! The capacity to hold air of TPU is roughly the same as that of butyl. However, AERON tubes are considerably lighter and also have a noticeably smaller pack size.

With these clear advantages, the AERON tubes are therefore ideal for performance-orientated cyclists whose top priority is speed and who perhaps want to save a few grams compared to a tubeless setup.

Tip:
Using the AERON Patch Kit for TPU tubes (prod. code: 1601860001), you can quickly repair leaks in the inner tube.

Note:
AERON TPU tubes may only be inflated carefully outside the casing until they are wrinkle-free and have a round shape. The air pressure must not exceed 0.3 bar.

Please note:
This inner tube is only suitable for bikes with disc brakes and must not be used on bikes with rim brakes.
