ABUS BORDO 6000K Folding Lock Twinset (2 × keyed-alike) Incl. SH Lock Holders

With its BORDO folding locks, ABUS has been setting the standard for years when it comes to combining security, portability and flexibility. In the Twinset variant, you therefore receive two of the ABUS BORDO 6000K locks, with keyed alike cylinders and 4 matching keys – ideal for additional family members. In addition, you can double the circumference of a lock by joining them together, while you only have to take one key with you.

In contrast to its previous model, the ABUS BORDO 6000K has received a fresh facelift - not just in terms of design. ABUS has also given it the higher-quality XPlus lock cylinder, which is usually fitted on heavyweight Granit models and makes life difficult for thieves. The disc cylinder has an even more complex locking mechanism than the Plus cylinder and thus offers better protection against manipulation attempts. Closing the lock should also be even smoother thanks to the update.

ABUS though continues to rely on the tried and tested 5 mm thick rods made of hardened steel, with connections secured against saw attacks by special rivets. The casing, which surrounds the lock body, is also made of this tough material. Even attacks with ice spray won’t impress the BORDO 6000K. The plastic coating of the links and housing also protects the paintwork of your bike when attaching the lock. And so that you never forget your lock, the matching frame holder is included – two of them for this Twinset version.
