Maxxis HighRoad SL [Gen.2] K2 HYPR-S Folding Road Tyre

The MAXXIS HighRoad SL [Gen.2] is a road tyre trimmed for speed and racing use. The construction combines low weight with a set-up designed for low rolling resistance to support a particularly direct and efficient ride feel.

Compared to the predecessor model, the HighRoad SL [Gen.2] promises even lower rolling resistance, reduced weight and increased puncture protection.
This makes the HighRoad SL [Gen.2] particularly suitable for performance-orientated race set-ups and fast training laps on the road.


Technologies:

• K2
K2 is a lightweight and tightly woven protective layer from MAXXIS based on aramid fibres with high puncture and cut resistance. The material promises increased puncture protection, while affecting the properties of the tyre construction as little as possible.

• HYPR-S Compound
HYPR-S is based on the HYPR rubber compound from MAXXIS and is designed for performance-orientated racing use. Compared to the HYPR compound, the rolling resistance was even further reduced, while the traction-orientated set-up is retained.
