We are where you are, with a shop near you offering on-site personal service. ROSE Bikes now has seven stores and eight shop-in-shop areas in Germany. Visit us and take advantage of our services: From in-depth consultations to repairs and inspections – we are here for your needs.

Can I purchase gift vouchers in ROSE stores?

  • Vouchers can be purchased in-store and online
  • Redeemable in stores and online
  • Value: 15.00 € up to 1,500.00 €
  • Voucher order online: optionally as PDF sent via e-mail or printed and mailed to you

What are my payment options in the stores?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash
  • EC-card/debit
  • Credit card (Mastercard + Visa)
  • Gift voucher
  • Financing easyCredit (only possible in Bocholt)
  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay

Can I collect my order from the store?

Of course. You can pick up your bike as well as your online order of parts, clothing and accessories.

Collection in the store (bike):

  • You have selected "Store collection" as shipping method in the checkout.
  • As soon as your bike is ready for collection, you will receive an email
  • In the e-mail you will receive a link to our online appointment calendar. Please book an appointment for your collection here.
  • When you pick up your bike, we introduce the details of it and give important tips for setting the seat height and adjusting suspension components.

Collection in the store (clothing, parts, accessories):

  • You have selected "Store collection" as dispatch option in the ordering process.
  • You will get a notification email as soon as your order is ready to be picked up in our store.
  • Your order will be kept for you in our store for a week.
  • Just bring your pick-up notification to the cash register.
  • If you don't want to keep your order, you can return it directly at the checkout.

Can I reserve an item in the store?

Yes, that is of course possible. Simply speak to a member of staff and we will reserve the goods for you and have them put aside.

If you would like to have the goods reserved before you visit the store, please contact our customer service team.

What is your exchange policy?

  • 30 days return policy - online and in all ROSE stores
  • Requirements:
    • Presentation of the original store receipt
    • Presentation of the unworn, undamaged goods
  • Also valid for reduced goods
  • Goods that fall under PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) cannot be exchanged:
    • Helmets
    • Protectors
    • Glasses
    • etc.

Which products are available in the store?

In the online shop, you can also find out about the availability of certain items before visiting the store. To do this, look for the traffic light system displayed on the product page after selecting the desired size/version and colour.

Green dot = the selected version of the product is available in the store.
Red dot = the selected version of the product is not available in the store and must be ordered online or in the store.

Why can’t I find the same products in the stores as in the online shop?

Our online catalogue includes approx. 50,000 products with a variety of models, sizes and colours. One store alone can’t offer such a large number of items, so we have put together a great selection for our stores. However, we will be happy to order items from our online catalogue for you to pick up and try on in the store. Please contact our customer service for more information.

Why can’t I find the same products and brands in every ROSE Store?

The brands and items we offer depend on the sales space of each of our stores. So it is possible that some stores may have a specific item available which is not available in another store.

Order online items in the store

All items in our online shop can be ordered for you in the store. They can either be made ready for collection or shipped to your home address.
